Company History
Teddington Electronics originally started life as part of Teddington Controls which was set up in 1928. With a background in Thermostats, they became renowned for designing and developing the thermostats for the Merlin Engines along with those for the Spitfire and the Hurricane.
In 1998 Teddington Controls Limited acquired Lizard Electronics Developments Limited of Penryn Cornwall, an Electronics Design and Manufacturing Company. With the benefit of additional inward investment and a strong direction from the new management, Teddington Electronics was formed.
In 2006, Teddington Electronics was set up as a separate trading company to allow it to focus on developing it's own niche market.
