Original Electronic Design
We work with you, the customer, throughout the design and development process to ensure the final product is both cost effective to produce and robust in operation.
Once the requirements have been defined, we prepare a 'Proposal Document'. This gives us an early opportunity of understanding of how the final product will look, and perform.
Improvements and/or extensions can then be considered before progressing to more detailed design. 'Design for Manufacture' and 'Design for Test' are also considered at this stage.
As design work progresses we hold regular reviews with you, the customer, to ensure the design meets your exact requirements and specification.

Design For Manufacture (DFM) / Design For Excellence (DFX)
As more companies embrace design for manufacture (DFM) as a method to increase both profits and throughput, a concept known as design for excellence (DFX) has come to the forefront. When properly implemented, DFX will ensure that a product can be manufactured and tested.
Test strategies can be leveraged to provide organisations with strategic advantages by improving the efficiency and delivered quality of business processes.
Tests can be used to gain advantage in a competitive environment by driving cost reductions and improved performance through the entire product lifecycle from design, through to new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing and warranty.
