Teddington Electronics Ltd is committed to ensuring, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety welfare of its employees and the health and safety of other persons who may be affected by its activities. We will comply with our statutory duties at all times.
We will endeavour to give each employee such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to enable the safe performance of work activities.
The management of Teddington Electronics Ltd will design all processes and systems of work taking into account health and safety.
Adequate facilities and arrangements will be maintained to enable all employees to raise issues of health and safety and will be consulted on matters of health and safety.
A member of senior management will take responsibility for health and safety.
Competent people will be appointed to assist us in meeting our statutory duties including, where appropriate, specialists from outside the organisation. In particular, we will appoint a competent safety adviser to support us in developing our safety policies and culture.
This policy will be regularly monitored and reviewed to ensure that the objectives are achieved and if necessary revised in the light of legislative or organisational changes.
