Surface Mount PCB Assembly

Our surface mount department is meticulously maintained and controlled by Jason O Connel - our technical manager. He uses Checkpoint and Circuitcam to prepare all the manufacturing instructions, programming data, and AOI info. The Mydatas will then prepare all boards through to reflow Solder.

All two and three pin devices are tested on-the-fly before placement.

Using the very latest state of the art hardware and software, we offer high speed, optically controlled placement and solder screen-printing, combined with zone temperature controlled reflow oven to ensure accurate heat distribution, every time.
